Finally - a way to lose your double chin permanently.   KYBELLA (deoxycholic acid) injection is the first and only FDA-approved nonsurgical treatment that improves the appearance of submental fullness, another name for that double chin.

Having a double chin affects both men and women, and can be influenced by several factors such as aging, genetics and weight gain, and is often resistant to diet and exercise alone.

If you're bothered by the appearance of your neck, you're not alone. According to a 2014 survey conducted by the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS):
- 68% of people said they're bothered by double chin
- People are just as bothered by under-the-chin fullness as they are by lines and wrinkles around and under their eyes

You and I will customize your KYBELLA treatment regimen, including how many treatments you need, based on your desired chin profile. I will give you a series of injections at each treatment session, which are spaced a month or more apart. Many patients experience visible contouring of their chin profile in two to four treatment sessions spaced at least one month apart. Up to 6 treatments may be administered.

Kybella has possible side effects, like any medical treatment, but is, generally, very safe.  The most common side effects are swelling, bruising, pain, numbness, redness and areas of hardness around the treatment area.

Kybella is a permanent fix for the problem, unlike fillers or botox that need to be refreshed.  It acts by destroying the fat cells present in the area.  Once gone, the fat cannot return.
